The Janssen Place Book, by Bruce Mathews & Stephen Mitchell, is now available for purchase online. One-half of the proceeds from the sales of the Janssen Place book will benefit the Hyde Park Neighborhood Association.
The HPNA Board has elected to hold a special meeting on February 6th to discuss the recently submitted liquor license application.
The speed limit along E 31st St between Main and Troost will be reduced from 35 MPH to 30 MPH in early 2024. For any questions or concerns, please contact Bailey Waters at KCPW.

The Kansas City Public Works Department has partnered with the Kansas State University to study the effects of traffic calming in Kansas City with South Hyde Park being identified as an initial testing area.
Street Smarts Design + Build has conducted a street safety & traffic study to provide an inventory of existing conditions as well as recommendations for strategies to improve the safety of our streets.
