Audit Committee

There is an annual audit of the Association’s accounts performed by the Audit Committee, which is made up of not less than 3 voting members of the Association who are elected by the Board of Directors at the regular January meeting. Members of the Audit Committee are published in the February issue of the Hyde Parker, and the audit must be completed for the immediate past fiscal year by the March Board meeting. A written report is presented at the March meeting of the Board and the next regular meeting of the Association.
