The HPNA Board has elected to hold a special meeting on February 6th to discuss the recently submitted liquor license application:

• Interior Occupancy: 140

• Exterior Occupancy: 15 (Patio)

The intent of the special meeting is to create an open dialogue between neighbors and the business operators of Urban Cafe to discuss any potential concerns or ask general questions ahead of a February 16th deadline for nearby neighbors to return their voting forms to KCMO Regulated Industries indicating their support or opposition of the liquor license. HPNA holds no voting power in this process, however an official statement of position will be sent for consideration based on the feedback heard during this meeting and as approved by the Board.
