HPNA’s ReBuild KC grant application for new trees along Gillham Road has been approved! The award of $55,000 will fund new trees based on locations and species identified in the original tree plantings plans along the Gillham Road parkway by George E. Kessler. Additional trees will be planted along the parkway north of 39th Street this fall.

The 2024 Hyde Park Annual Yard Sale will be the 2nd Saturday in June. Each year there are 50+ yard sales hosted for our annual Hyde Park yard sales - put this on your calendar for some great shopping! Come see historic 100+ year old homes and shop the sales.

The Janssen Place Book, by Bruce Mathews & Stephen Mitchell, is now available for purchase online. One-half of the proceeds from the sales of the Janssen Place book will benefit the Hyde Park Neighborhood Association.

The HPNA Board has elected to hold a special meeting on February 6th to discuss the recently submitted liquor license application.
