Proposed Revisions to Bylaws

This year, the Board made significant efforts to update and modernize our HPNA Bylaws. These regulations have served our organization well since last revised in 2004, but much of content was no longer relevant and these did not account for latest and best practices of the digital world we live in today. Additionally, the previously separate Financial and Communications Policies have been combined into these new Bylaws to make this a one-stop-shop for all of our regulations. These updates strive to make leadership transitions faster and easier and in the future, resulting in a more effective organization for our amazing community.
