HOW IT WORKS
TIF and WSH Staff will meet with the property owner and prepare a list of improvements and repairs to the information. WSH staff will prepare a scope of work for contractors to bid. The homeowner may select any licensed and insured contractors or use contractors currently working in the organization. Once the bid has been accepted by the owner and TIF staff, the homeowner will sign a loan/grant agreement and a 5 years deed of trust. After completion of the work, TIF staff and the homeowner will sign a pay request and TIF will pay the contractor.
General information will be shared by the HPNA Bord at the upcoming general meeting on March 18th. A member from Westside Housing will be available for questions at the HPNA general meeting on May 20th. Dozens of Hyde Park home owners have benefited from this program over the past several years, don't miss out on this opportunity! Learn more or download the application here.
