Gallery of Selected 1909 Sanborn Fire Insurance Plates

The 1909 Sanborn plates come in 5 volumes. Volume 4 boundaries are 31st Street to near Brush Creek and State Line to east of Wayne. Westport and today's Hyde Park neighborhood are in Volume 4. The selected plates cover the area of the Hyde Park neighborhood. Structures built prior to 1909 are shown. Each volume's first page uses different colors to show the plate boundaries. The Key works for each plate, and the colors don't relate to the colors on the first page of the volume.
