The 2024 Hyde Park Annual Yard Sale will be the 2nd Saturday in June. Each year there are 50+ yard sales hosted for our annual Hyde Park yard sales - put this on your calendar for some great shopping! Come see historic 100+ year old homes and shop the sales. Neighborhood boundaries are from 31st St to 47th St, from Gillham to Troost.

Also happening in the neighborhood on the same day is the Pilgrim Center's Summer Picnic in Hyde Park. Cool off with live music by Marty & Gary, pony rides, crafts and games, sprinkler fun, and MORE!
